Revo Investment LLC is a privately held real estate investment and development company. We focus on residential properties with untapped potential: dated homes, distressed assets, under-used lots and properties where the numbers only work for a buyer who can move quickly and manage the work in-house.

Our name comes from revolution and renovation: the idea that the right plan and the right team can completely change what a property is worth to its owner, its tenants and its neighborhood.
